‘Whitesands Bay: 3 ft clean waves today with very light offshore winds .Really good waves first thing leading up to low tide with solid waist/shoulder high sets. It will drop off a bitat low tide and then pick up again as the tide comes in this afternoon. . Should be waves then for the rest of the day. 2 ft tomorrow, 1-2 ft Monday.’

‘Porth Neigwl: There is only a hint of north east, offshore breeze this morning so waves are very clean. The biggest sets were chest high around high tide.’

6.am Saturday. Dropping tide and Rest Bay is 2-3ft and clean but will drop off quite quickly. Coney Beach is 1-2ft. Winds are light at the moment but forecast to pick up, which could mess up Rest Bay later on. We should get 1-2ft on the push later this afternoon but watch the high tides, it will be up on the rocks by about 4pm. Coney Beach should be about 2ft later this afternoon.
